I'm still working on rippling water, and have gotten it to move pretty
convincingly, but I'd like to generate a gentle swelling effect.

With texture velocity in the X and Z planes, I can get water to ripple
back and forth across the screen, and into and out of the screen,--but I
can't figure out how to get it to go gently up and down.

I would have thought this was simply a matter of setting up a texture
velocity in the y-plane,--but no show.

(I'm in LW 3.0, on an OhMyGod Tree-Douse-End)
